Contemplative Spiritual Practices
Jesus would often leave his friends and go to a quiet place to pray. Accessing the Holy Spirit in this busy world is a learned practice. We would like to encourage you to incorporate one of these contemplative spiritual practices into your daily routine, to nourish your spirit and to find a deeper sense of how God may be active in your life.
On this page are some helpful everyday spiritual practice guides. These practices take no more than 20 – 30 minutes. By practising each day you will take a step toward a deeper relationship with God.
